We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours. I liked the piloting of the aircraft. Very disappointed about lack of electrical ports. Also, although a short flight. There was enough time to hand out snacks to comfort + seats as was done for first class.

The crew was friendly, the seats are too small. Air travel is barely tolerable anymore. Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments.

The original flight was booked solid. But he precheck by the maintenance found a mechanical problem and the plane was not safe to fly. It was an inconvenience to have to wait until next day but I would rather arrive safely. I paid extra to have more legroom and it is definitely worth it for a six hour flight. I would’ve paid for a decent dinner, but they didn’t offer anything but a snack box —not good for six hours. I had a wonderful experience flying with delta.

Bad experience with the staff boarding the gate. I couldn’t board with my carry on, personal item and a funny bag. I had to put my passport inside my pockets and put the funny bag inside the personal item. Then after passing the staff pull out everything again. When flying from Charlotte to Bermuda, the time of day you decide to fly out makes little to no difference towards the overall price you’ll pay on tickets.
After 45 minuites we were allowed on the plane. The first plane had mechanical issues. The 2nd plane must have had bathroom issues because we did not have any food service whatsoever. That made for a long time not to have anything considering that we had just made it to the original gate and we had no time to stop to get food or a drink. Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage.
You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough. The Wi-Fi went out during the flight and there was only one plug for the devices every two seats.
